1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LastSoldCoin ("the Service"), operated by SixPackSouth, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LastSoldCoin is a subscription-based software-as-a-service platform that provides coin and paper money pricing data. The Service aggregates pricing information from multiple third-party sources and presents it as a reference tool for live streamers, coin dealers, and collectors who need quick pricing comparisons during broadcasts or listing sessions.

Important: LastSoldCoin is a pricing reference tool only. It does not provide formal appraisals, authentication services, or grading services. Pricing data displayed is for informational purposes and does not constitute a guarantee of value, an offer to buy or sell, or financial advice of any kind.

3. Subscription Tiers and Billing

The Service offers three subscription tiers, billed monthly:

• Free ($0/month) — 10 lookups per day, eBay Active listings only (3 comps per lookup).
• Pro ($14.99/month) — Unlimited lookups, eBay Active listings (20 comps) + Greysheet CPG pricing data.
• Premier ($24.99/month) — Unlimited lookups, all three data sources: eBay Active + Greysheet CPG + Sold Comps (20 comps each).

All paid subscriptions auto-renew monthly until canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal, accessible from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. By subscribing to a paid tier, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis at the then-current rate for your selected tier. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

4. Third-Party Data Sources

The Service relies on data provided by third-party sources. We do not independently verify, validate, or guarantee the accuracy of this data. The following third-party providers supply the pricing information displayed in the Service:

• eBay Browse API — Active listing asking prices from eBay. These are seller-set prices, not completed sale prices, and may not reflect actual market value.
• Greysheet / CPG (CDN Publishing) — Wholesale dealer bid pricing (Greysheet) and retail pricing (CPG) by grade. Requires a separate Greysheet subscription for full access. Data is provided by CDN Publishing and is subject to their terms.
• Sold-Comps — Historical eBay sold listing prices. Availability is subject to the Sold-Comps third-party service. Sold prices may lag behind real-time market conditions.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that these third-party sources may experience downtime, data errors, or rate limitations beyond our control. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in third-party data.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Without limiting the foregoing, we expressly disclaim any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that: (a) the pricing data is accurate, complete, or timely; (b) the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free; (c) any errors or defects will be corrected; or (d) the results obtained from using the Service will meet your expectations or requirements.

No appraisal or guarantee of value. The pricing information displayed by the Service is for reference only. It is not a professional appraisal, certification, or guarantee of a coin's value. Coin values fluctuate based on market conditions, grade, rarity, and buyer demand. Always consult a qualified numismatist or professional grading service before making significant purchase or sale decisions based on pricing data.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service or extract pricing data.
• Exceed the lookup limits of your subscription tier through automated or fraudulent means.
• Resell, redistribute, or republish pricing data from the Service without prior written authorization.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, tier restrictions, or authentication mechanisms.
• Misrepresent or falsely attribute pricing data from the Service as your own original data.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SixPackSouth, LLC and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use or inability to use the Service; (b) pricing errors, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions; (c) any conduct or content of any third party on or accessed through the Service; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. If you are a Free tier user and have paid nothing, our liability shall not exceed $0.

8. Intellectual Property

LastSoldCoin, the LastSoldCoin logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of SixPackSouth, LLC. All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced in the Service are the property of their respective owners, including but not limited to eBay, Greysheet/CPG (CDN Publishing), PCGS (Collectors Universe, Inc.), and Stripe.

The compilation of pricing data and the presentation format within the Service are the proprietary property of SixPackSouth, LLC. Individual pricing data points are provided by third-party sources and remain subject to those providers' terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify active subscribers by email or through the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must cancel your subscription and stop using the Service before the changes take effect.
